Description
The basket is constructed such that all the product fried is removed at the same time making it retain frying consistency and color throughout the quantity of product fried.
This deep fryer can be used to fry plantain, potato, chin-chin, cocoyam, puff puff, buns, meat, etc.
Power source: Gas operated.
Frying capacity: 3500grms of plantain per 15mins.
