      i’ve always watned some plaintains. the resturant i used to work at served carmelized plantains and it used to always make my mouth water everytime i saw it, but i never knew how simple it was to make. tomorrow i am driving myself to the nearest viet market and buying some plantains. the chunk next to it looks like some good ol’ mashed potatoes. yum. and even the cup looks lickable. sexy food
